ALEX LADKIN—FOUNDER & DIRECTOR

Before property, I've spent the best part of a decade in global media production and high-pressure environments where there's no room for error and no second chances on delivery.

I've worked on award-winning projects for some of the biggest names and events in sport & entertainment, including Formula One, the FIFA World Cup, the Premier League, and Roland Garros, and delivered for platforms including Netflix, Prime Video, HBO Max, Paramount+, and Sky Sports. That experience has earned trust from some of the most demanding clients in the world, and given me a level of discipline, reliability, and execution that now carries directly into every partnership I look after.

Productions have spanned over 60 countries and 7 continents, from the deserts of Saudi Arabia to the ice of Antarctica, adapting to every culture, climate, and logistical challenge, always to the same standard.

Property has been part of my life longer than people might expect. Since 2010, I've been working in my family's landscape design & garden maintenance business, established in Hampshire, 1983. Built on graft, care, and consistency, and trusted by the same clients for 43 years. Growing up in this environment shaped how I think about running a business and building a reputation: something earned slowly, over years, not manufactured overnight.
